Terms of Service — BSI

1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the BSI — Behavioral Sales Intelligence™ web service (hereinafter: "Service").

2. The Service is owned by Fundacja Promocji Badań nad Węchem i AI, KRS: 0001201057, NIP: 8361891220, REGON: 543082380 (hereinafter: "Foundation").

3. On behalf of the Foundation, technical support and sales are provided by Ulhub sp. z o.o., ul. Pamiątkowa 2, 61-512 Poznań, Poland, KRS: 0001191282, NIP: 7831935926, REGON: 542561523 (hereinafter: "Technical Operator").

5. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. User — a natural person using the Service, with or without an account.

2. Account — an individual User account created upon registration.

3. Steff — an internal billing unit enabling access to paid Service modules.

4. Modules — analytical and generative tools offered within the Service, powered by artificial intelligence.

5. AI — artificial intelligence systems used in the Service solely to generate content at the User's request.

1. The Service provides tools supporting communication in relationship sales, MLM, direct sales, and related industries.

2. The Service is not a tool for manipulation, pressure tactics, or unethical sales practices. AI-generated content is supportive and educational in nature.

3. Users agree to use the Service in compliance with the law, good customs, and these Terms.

4. It is prohibited to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.

5. The User bears sole responsibility for how they use content generated by the Service.

1. Registration is voluntary. Some features are available without registration.

2. Registration requires an email address and password. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Upon registration, the User receives a welcome bonus of steff units, per the current offer.

4. The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

1. Paid Service modules are billed in the internal currency "steff".

2. Each registered User receives a starter pool of steffs upon registration.

3. Additional steff units can be purchased through payment methods available in the Service.

4. Steffs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable between accounts, unless otherwise stated.

5. The Foundation reserves the right to change module pricing (in steffs) with 14 days' notice.

1. The Service uses AI systems to generate analyses, suggestions, and content at the User's request.

2. AI is used solely to serve User queries. User data is NOT used to train AI models.

3. AI-generated content is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

4. The Foundation strives to minimize the use of AI — we apply it only where it delivers real value to the User.

5. The Foundation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

1. Payments for steff packages are processed by the payment operator Stripe.

2. Prices are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or US Dollars (USD), per the current pricing.

3. Stripe's terms of service are available at stripe.com.

4. The Foundation issues invoices upon User request.

1. The Service uses the following third-party services to support Users:

• Stripe — electronic payment processing
• GetResponse — email communication
• Zanfia (mailingr) — newsletter service
• Webinarkit — video webinar hosting

2. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

3. The Foundation is not liable for the operation of third-party services.

1. The Foundation is not liable for decisions made based on content generated by the Service.

2. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of availability or uninterrupted operation.

3. The Foundation strives to keep the Service stable and secure but does not guarantee this.

4. The Foundation is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, infrastructure failures, or third-party actions.

1. The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance.

2. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.

3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Foundation's registered office.

4. These Terms come into effect on May 27, 2025.
